20% after availability and price confirmation, 40% before travel and the final 40% on arrival.

02Check-in and check-out time at all properties is 10:00 hrs.
03Costs resulting from flights cancelled or delayed because of bad weather or airline-related reasons must be borne by the passenger.
04No refund applies for road blocks in Nubra, Pangong or Tso Moriri caused by natural calamities.
05No refund or compensation applies for unused services. Travel dates cannot be changed once booked.
06Room allotment is subject to availability at check-in; floor and view preferences cannot be guaranteed.
07Food is served as a buffet or fixed menu, subject to local availability of vegetables and supplies.
08Any dispute is subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
09A maximum of five passengers can be accommodated in one Xylo or similar vehicle.
10Any additional tax or fuel charge imposed by airlines or transport companies is chargeable to the group members.
11The published rates apply strictly to resident Indian citizens.
12Hotels and camps listed are the basis of costing and are not confirmed until TIH sends written confirmation. If unavailable, a similar or next-best property will be offered and any price difference will apply.
13Rates use base-category rooms unless otherwise stated. If unavailable, the next available higher room category may involve a supplement.
14TIH is not responsible for itinerary changes caused by landslides, flight cancellation, weather or other unforeseen circumstances; resulting additional costs are payable separately.
15From October to April, many camps, guest houses and hotels in Nubra, Pangong, Tso Moriri, Tso Kar, Sham Valley, Kargil and Zanskar may be closed for the off-season.

No payment is due with the initial request. TIH first checks availability and confirms the final price, after which the 20% deposit is requested.
What happens if an operating route or service changes?+
Routes and services can change because of weather, local operations or official restrictions. TIH will provide the safest practical alternative available.
Is the displayed price current?+
The displayed amount is a brochure reference. TIH will send the current final quotation after checking your dates, party size and live availability.
